Heidi Health built its reputation on one thing: an AI scribe that listens while doctors talk and turns the conversation into structured clinical notes. Over 100 million interactions later, they launched something much bigger - Heidi Evidence.
The video had to do justice to a product that's genuinely complex without overwhelming a busy clinician in the first ten seconds. We built it around the real product experience: a doctor has a question, opens Evidence, and gets a sourced, trustworthy answer.
The video launched alongside Heidi Evidence at events across Melbourne, London, and the USas part of Heidi's broader rollout.
